*ANE is an opportunity for girls to get to know themselves and begin a feminist movement in which they become their best version. They acquire skills such as decision taking, entrepreneurship, generating a life plan, identifying gender violence and solving conflicts in a peaceful way.

On January 21st ANE was presented, a program created by Formando Emprendedores ABP, a non-profit organization that seeks to inspire and prepare boys, girls, and young adults to become participative citizens and social entrepreneurs who help build a better world. ANE is a program about educational empowerment, designed for girls and adolescents between the ages of 12 and 15. ANE empowers girls and helps them design a life plan that allows them to take advantage of growth and wellness opportunities.

ANE is an opportunity for girls to get to know themselves and begin a feminist movements in which they become their best version, alongside new friends who understand, feel and support their dreams. The program ANE is aligned with the UN’s Sustainable Objective #4 Quality Education and Objective #5 Gender Equality.

Over seven weekly sessions that last an hour and 20 minutes, a mentor will teach girls and adolescents life skills for staying in school and preventing pregnancy, addiction, and gender violence. It is extremely important that girls and adolescents become aware of their living conditions in Mexico and other parts of the world. The goal is to find educational and pacific alternatives that allow them to make better decisions and leave their harmful circle. This way, they will be able to construct a better future with better chances of success, and acquire self-knowledge skills for personal development. With the help of mentors, students will create a life plan full of objectives and short, medium and long-term goals, without forgetting that each effort bears positive results. They will have a personal goal, based on dreams and personal objectives, for each stage of their life.
